Very prompt response on a Sunday re soil pipe block followed by a call on Monday to fix appointment which identified need for CCTV. Planned appointment the next day for that was postponed due to 'let down by plumber' but rescheduled within a day. Happy to recommend. Thanks Metro Rod.

Sean M and James V were great, they finally fixed a drainage issue I’d had for 11 days, very polite and friendly. Whatever they’re getting paid is not enough! I just wish that the communication between Metro Rod and Clarion and vice versa was better.

I would like to thank and praise Liam Jackson at Metro Rod for his competency, diligence, dedication and superb customer service. He attended an out of hours situation at 11 pm at a new build site where the sewage main line was completely blocked and multiple houses were at imminent risk of sewage overflow. The job was made challenging by the developer's delay in giving the green light to access the main sewer line, not to mention a few manhole covers sealed with tarmac, numerous blocked drain culverts and a severe blockage from construction waste and a variety of odd objects. Yet Liam persevered and managed to finally pop the blockage at just before 2 am, with only a few hours left to sleep before setting off for his next job at 6 am to save the day for some other folks. Liam, always great to encounter someone who knows what they're doing. We are grateful for your service and giving us peace of mind. Thank you!
