I just wanted to email thanking Metro Rod for the hard work on site yesterday in assisting getting the site back open in a reasonable time given the difficult job the engineer faced.
Throughout the day Dan the engineer provided myself with regular updates, photos and reassurance the job ahead of him would be resolved, he delivered.
Carlos was very professional and friendly - Job done to an excellent standard.

The engineers turned up when expected were very professional they managed to clear the blockage and cleaned all the original mess up,

Also I originally spoke to another of your engineers called Aaron. It was quite late at night so he said that he would arrange for an engineer to come out the following evening which he did. I then rang your local service centre to confirm that the appointment would defiantly take place and again received great service.
I hadn't heard of your company before but will gladly use you again when needed and will be very happy to recommend you to anyone else who may need you.
