Mr Hall called the office yesterday and couldn't thank our engineers Shane and Ben enough for their fantastic work. Mr Hall said "They sorted a problem that 3 plumbers before them couldn't. We are so impressed with Shane and Ben, we can't sing their praises high enough, a truly fantastic service"

I would like to thank Shaun and his staff namely Jacob who went above and beyond the call of duty in helping the replacement of a electrical cable for a treatment plant. Jacob was the role model of staff even when the customer was absent, he never complained or had any negativity in his work, even though he dug 50m trench by hand in very clay conditions. I was aware that he let his team know about the delay so as not to cause any scheduling issues for Metrorod.
Jacob was a shining example of how loyal and trustworthy member of staff should conduct there working roll.
I would not hesitate to recommend Metrorod in the future and they great staff they have.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Nothing was to much trouble, we were kept well informed from when we called with an issue until the engineer arrived. We even got a follow up call to make sure all went well at the end of the job
The Engineer was professional and courteous and sorted out our issue without fuss when he arrived.

A customer took the time to contact us to say " What a smashing chap your Engineer was. He did a brilliant job and explained everything that he was doing as he went along. I've had a really tough time of late and it meant everything to me to have something go right for a change"

Metro Rod Norwich attended my property today and the engineer was brilliant, he was really friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough, the blockage to the external drain was cleared and problem was resolved. Great Service!
Can’t say enough to praise Matt, he is genuinely such a nice man, so lovely to meet him, his work was fantastic, he deserves a bonus. Matt is polite, smart, nicely dressed and very pleasant to deal with.
He helped me today, he was on my doorstep and ready to work within half an hour of being told by phone that Metro Rod were on their way. My neighbours have also commented on what a wonderful job he has done. It makes such a refreshing change, I’m stuck for words to describe how pleased we are. Nothing was too much trouble.
