I had Jordan R come out to save the day at work! Jordan was very professional throughout his visit, patient, understanding extremely helpful, no job was too big and explained what he was doing, needed doing as well as be a comedian!

As part of a Corgi plan, an arrangement had been made with Premium Gas Plumbing and Heating who failed to turn up as scheduled and my call for help later in the day resulted in your Operative arriving within the hour. If only all service personnel were of his quality! There is no doubt that the equipment provided by your Company enables quick analysis of problems but a sharp mind and a good knowledge of the business is needed. The resident called to compliment works carried out by tradesperson (Luke Andrews) at Metro Rod for blocked bath and sink. Res said he was polite and friendly and did a really good job.
