Had a difficult drainage problem which the Metro Rod engineers dealt with in a skilled manner. No fuss, just sorted out the drains, leaving everything clear and working properly. Would highly recommend.
What a brilliant service! Kept up to date as to when the engineer would be arriving and the engineer was so polite and efficient. He even took off his boots so as to not dirty or mark the carpet. Would highly recommend and I would use company again. Five star service!
I would just like to personally thank Harry and Nathan today. They showed total professionalism when undertaking drainage works at the site they were called too. I rarely speak up for contractors but these two individuals are an asset to your company! They were calm, competent, polite and most helpful. They did Metro Rod North London proud today, I hope they are appreciated at your company. I was most impressed with their effort .

Very good service received from above engineer. Unblocked the sink,quickly and thoroughly. Did not make any mess in the process and returned items to the cupboard under the sink that he had removed to gain access to the u-bend. Was also pleasant and professional on his manner.
Nathan was very friendly and professional, explained what he was doing and tidied up. Pleased & a really efficient service.
We had relatively serious fat and oil blockage in our kitchen/washing machine pipes.
Ben Mears from Metro Rod came round at very short notice, called me up the day before to arrange a preferred date and time, then again the next morning when he said he would call to let us know his ETA. Much better service and organisation than we'd had before with Dyno-Rod.
Ben was perfectly on-time and got straight to work after I explained what I thought it might be. He was quick and efficient, and to top it off, just a hugely pleasant, polite and personable guy! Definitely the type of person I'd go for a beer with. He made me feel comfortable and got the work done while I was attending to my own work in another room.
He kept me updated, let me know when he was coming and going, and just got the job done, quick clean-up and on to the next job after a quick chat.
Highly recommended trade professional and company. I would ask our landlord to get Metro Rod again should we have any further problems like this.
