A Flourish of 5 stars reviews for our Engineers!

Since the Christmas Period has passed Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire have had a great start to 2019. Our engineers have been busy around the clock. From this busy period we have gratefully picked up a few 5 star reviews but in the last week we have picked up 3 brilliant reviews. Our first came from Montgomery where we were called out to a blocked drain, we found a collapsed Pitch Fibre Drainage system. We were able to free some of the Blockage and recommend further works to the customer. He left this review:-
"Excellent service, friendly and efficient at all times."
We then had another review from Garthmyl, Berriew where the customer had issues with a Septic Tank, they found after recently emptying it had filled up quickly and no water seemed to flow away, Our engineer attended and found the soakaway to be completely blocked, He Jetted the soakaway and water began to flow correctly. The customer left us this review:-
"Excellent service from Metro Rod Mid Wales & Shropshire. Paul was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommended."
Finally we had a review from a customer in Ellesmere where we had attended a Blocked Toilet only to find the whole Drainage system Charged. Our Engineer high water pressure jetted upstream towards the property and popped the Blockage. They left us this review:-
"Great service from Metro Rod Mid Wales & Shropshire today!! Thank you so much!"
All 3 reviews came from different engineers which is brilliant to see we are offering a professional service across our Engineers.

Very impressed with your service
A residential Customer in Cambridge just called in the office to say a huge thank you to our Engineer, Neil for quickly and efficiently solving the problem with their blocked toilet. The customer had a blocked toilet right over the weekend and hadn't realised we offer a 24/7/365 emergency unblocking service so they battled on until they called us out on Monday to rectify the problem!

Our Engineer unblocked the customers toilet in no time at all to restore flow. Mrs R says "we were very impressed with his skills and will definitely use you for any further issues, its reassuring to know you operate over the weekends. A huge thank you to your engineer"

15th February 2019 - in Macclesfield, Manchester

"I just wanted to give some feedback on the excellent response I had to an emergency plumbing callout yesterday.

A connection to the cistern on the downstairs loo developed a dramatic leak. I had to isolate the mains and called my insurance service. Metro Rod contacted me within 10 minutes and an engineer was dispatched. I was warned that it could take up to 4 hours, but Josh was with us within the hour.

He was professional and polite, very careful not to damage or mark anything and had the job sorted quickly, leaving everything neat and tidy. What could have been a real crisis and major inconvenience was dealt with well and without a fuss. Thank you."
