Fantastic Feedback

One of our engineers were called out late on Tuesday evening for an uncontrollable leak coming through the bathroom ceiling. Our customer took the time to provide us with the following feedback.

“I’m not sure if this is the right place to send this sort of message but I just had to express how impressed I was with the service I received this evening. From ringing my insurance company to having the leak in my bath fixed all occurred within just over an hour. Kieran was absolutely fantastic- he had driven from over an hour away and had been on since 06:30 this morning and was due to start again at 06:30 the following morning! I as well often get sent to jobs as I’m supposed to finish as a police officer I know how hard it can be! I know Kieran would have been absolutely gutted to get the call for another job so late and so far away but this certainly didn’t show and it didn’t effect the service he provided. He was extremely cheerful and nothing seemed too much for him! Thank you so much Kieran you are a credit to your company!”

Old drainage system not an issue for our engineers

Our engineers were recently called to investigate a blocked drain at a property built in the 1940s, located in Ebbw Vale. The old drainage system had posed some problems for the homeowner that was causing repeated blockages. The homeowner enlisted our services after searching for a reputable drainage company on Google.

"Your engineers came out for a simple jetting job that turned into a larger than expected job on a drainage system from the 1940's. They were very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to doing a good job, I would highly recommend both engineers, they are an asset to you company - thank you"

"Can you please pass onto the relevant people that the engineer that attended yesterday (sorry in all the chaos I couldn’t remember his name) he was excellent and a real credit to your organisation, he was extremely courteous and professional and resolved the issue in a timely manner.

He also really wanted to help and went out of he’s way to even help the team clean up all the mess .

Working in my Job for as long as I have it’s a pleasure when you come across such professionalism."
