Metro Rod recently attended to a property in Newport - the job was carried out on behalf of the property owner's home insurance provider. The property owner had reported a blocked drain in his garden that had started to overflow and cause his toilet to block.

"The initial call at 3pm was to my insurance company as I had a below ground drainage problem. By 5.30pm, a Metro Rod service engineer from the Newport & Hereford office was on site. In little over an hour the problem was solved in the most cheerful and willing manner. Some companies excel at what they do, and this is one of them. Well done!"

We have used Metro Rod Glasgow twice, both for our church and manse. We were experiencing water ingress internally and the engineer, Iain very quickly sourced the problem and resolved it. He also cleared all grease and food build up from our drains and put a camera down to inspect the pipes and assured us everything was okay. We also used Metro Rod Glasgow to resolve an issue with flooding in the back garden of our manse. The engineer, Tony installed a new drain to take away the water. The engineers left all the areas nice and tidy when they had finished the works.

Barry & Mike carry out a drain repair & CCTV survey in Lymm

Earlier this week we sent Barry and Mike from Metro Rod Warrington to a domestic customer's home in Lymm to carry out drain repairs and a CCTV survey.  The customer was (of course!) happy with the works that we carried out and emailed the following in to us today:

 

Hello,

Yesterday, two of your staff (Mike & Barry) came to sort out a blockage in my drains and took a CCTV recording in the process. They said they would ask for it to be sent to me by email, so please could you pass a copy on at your earliest convenience?

I have already given some feedback via your website, but I just wanted to say again that they were both very efficient and thorough, and I appreciated the help they gave in resolving the issue.
