Metro Rod Lancashire Being Main Sponsor for Marshall’s Testimonial

We are delighted to announce its role as the main sponsor for Wigan Warriors winger Liam Marshall during his official testimonial season !

He is one of Wigan’s most exciting and consistent talents, who has earned his testimonial recognition through years of exceptional contribution to the club. Known for his electric pace, finishing ability, and commitment to the badge, Marshall has become a fan favourite and an essential part of the Warriors squad.

As his main sponsor, we will proudly support Liam throughout his testimonial year, celebrating his achievements both on and off the field.

“We are absolutely delighted to be the headline sponsor for Liam’s Testimonial next year, further strengthening the relationship we’ve built through our five-year sponsorship with Liam Marshall.
I was invited to join the Liam’s Testimonial Committee several months ago, and it has been a privilege to work alongside Liam and the wider committee to help shape an exciting programme of events. Festivities begin with the launch evening on 5th December, marking the start of what promises to be a memorable and impactful testimonial year.
We are incredibly proud to see our brand displayed across the front of the testimonial shirt and to support a number of events throughout 2026.
We were also especially pleased that Liam selected the Wigan and Leigh Hospice as the official charity partner for his testimonial – a cause that aligns closely with our own ongoing partnership and shared commitment to community impact.
