Septic Tank Services - South Yorkshire

What is a Septic Tank?

The purpose of a septic tank is to collect and hold wastewater from domestic properties. This will hold wastewater so that solids settle at the bottom and oil/grease will float to the top. Subsequently, any uncontaminated water can be filtered back into the watercourse.

How to maintain?

If your property is connected to a septic tank, it is ’generally’ your responsibility to ensure that it is compliant, emptied and maintained regularly. Maintenance includes emptying, servicing and inspection. Our tanker drivers are fully equipped to empty the septic tank and service the pipework including inspecting the condition using a pole camera. In addition, a full report would be supplied on completion including Waste Transfer Notes. Maintenance intervals are dependant upon multiple factors, particularly how many properties the tank is serving, and the manufacturers guidance.
