A large commercial site, including a petrol station and treatment plant, faced serious operational disruptions due to overflowing pump chambers, a failing treatment system, and an overloaded interceptor and wash bay.
Immediate tanker intervention was essential to prevent backflow into facilities, minimise downtime, and maintain environmental compliance on an active forecourt.
Overview of Work
Our specialist tanker team was deployed to the site to carry out urgent waste removal and servicing across multiple assets.
This included a full pump-out of three pump chambers, a deep clean of the interceptor and wash bay, and collaboration with pump engineers to diagnose and restore key systems, all within a single coordinated visit.
Outcome
All chambers were emptied and cleaned using high-capacity vacuum tanker units, ensuring swift removal of waste and enabling thorough servicing of pumps.
The interceptor and wash bay were restored to a hygienic and compliant state. The site remained operational throughout, with the client extremely pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the work.
