The site faced multiple drainage issues within a houseblock that remained occupied throughout the works. With several blocked areas and some inaccessible manholes, our team developed a detailed plan to carry out internal cleaning of eight key wash points, comprehensive CCTV mapping, and excavation to repair a collapsed 6-inch pipe located 2.5 metres underground.
Close collaboration with the establishment was essential, including coordination with site escorts to ensure compliance with all security requirements.
