The Metro guys showed up on time and had the blocked drains cleared in no time, they then used the camera to show that the old clay drain pipes had been displaced and were causing the drain to bock, as we'd previously had it cleared just over a year ago. Waiting on quotes now to get the drain replaced. Very happy with the service on site.

Jim and Stephan were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They showed us the problem and explained the work involved to repair the damage. When the job was completed they did a test to make sure everything was in working order and tidied up before leaving. We now have a fully functioning bath, shower and hand basin. Called out Metro Plumb via my insurance company to repair an emergency water leak in loft of our house. I can’t praise enough the two plumbers Kris & Murray who repaired leak in an efficient and timely manner. They put both my wife and myself at ease with their friendly manner and explanation of how the problem would be rectified. The two guys were excellent and a credit to the company they work for. Luckily our extra-large Metro Vac gutter vacuum, which reaches up to 10 metres with an on-board camera to help the operative see the condition of the gutters and check all is cleared, made light work of the clean-up. The building's guttering is now clear and ready to take whatever the British weather throws at it. The Health and Safety aspects of working at height are eradicated as our operative works from ground level and therefore it keeps the costs down for the work.
