The 2017 Franchise Brands plc Annual Report is now out and Metro Rod is proud to take centre stage, being featured on the front cover, as well as throughout the report.

The theme of this year’s report is “Focused … on what makes a difference”, in particular to our customers.  At Metro Rod, nothing is more important to us than providing our customers with a truly first-class service. Our engineers, franchisees, and support centre teams work tirelessly 24/7/365 to do this, by focusing on the things that will really make a difference. We continually strive to achieve faster response times, higher ‘first-time fix’ rates and ultimately deliver a service that goes above and beyond our customer’s expectations, and deliver true value for money!

The Annual Report was also a great opportunity to showcase the new Metro Rod branding, as well as feature the activity that’s already been actioned, such as the substantial investment into improving the IT infrastructure, to really expedite our growth and development – thereby ensuring we achieve our ambition to be recognised as  the most respected drainage company in the country.

Commenting on the significant growth achieved by Franchise Brands plc over the last year, Executive Chairman Stephen Hemsley, says: “The acquisition of Metro Rod has propelled Franchise Brands into becoming one of the largest franchise groups in the country.  2018 will be a year in which we continue to build on the foundations we have created.”
