Another happy customer at Metro Rod North Midlands & Worcester!

On 06/08/18 we completed works for one our clients. Our engineer responded to the emergency, and on arrival on site discovered a manhole blocked with wipes. The blockage was cleared by means of high pressure water jetting.

Following the call out we received some lovely feedback via the insurance company, from the owner of the property

“We have just spoke to the policyholder and she's asked me to mention to you she's extremely happy with your work and said the contractor that went out to her was a credit to the company”

We are glad that we receive such lovely feedback from our customers about the service we provide.

Fantastic Feedback

3rd August 2018 - in Stafford, Stoke-on-trent, Wolverhampton, Worcester

One of our engineers were called out late on Tuesday evening for an uncontrollable leak coming through the bathroom ceiling. Our customer took the time to provide us with the following feedback.

“I’m not sure if this is the right place to send this sort of message but I just had to express how impressed I was with the service I received this evening. From ringing my insurance company to having the leak in my bath fixed all occurred within just over an hour. Kieran was absolutely fantastic- he had driven from over an hour away and had been on since 06:30 this morning and was due to start again at 06:30 the following morning! I as well often get sent to jobs as I’m supposed to finish as a police officer I know how hard it can be! I know Kieran would have been absolutely gutted to get the call for another job so late and so far away but this certainly didn’t show and it didn’t effect the service he provided. He was extremely cheerful and nothing seemed too much for him! Thank you so much Kieran you are a credit to your company!”

Its always nice to receive such lovely feedback from our customers, so we would like to say thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and well done to Kieran.

AXA job completed in Nantwich, May 2018.

Metro Rod North Midlands & Worcester engineer attended property on reports of a leak in the bathroom.

Attended within 1 hour of the job being raised by Macclesfield support centre.

He found leak to be coming through ceiling in numerous places, policyholder signed disclaimer so engineer was able to make access to ceiling, once access was made engineer exposed 15mm copper pipework which had been pierced with a nail, then removed and replaced with 5mm plastic, once all connected up. The policyholder tested flow, leak was repaired, and water restored throughout household.

“I wanted to tell you about one of your employees and the good job he did for me. I appreciate that you probably only hear about complaints and problems, so I thought I’d tell you about a good job.

A water pipe had burst above our living room yesterday on Bank Holiday Monday and my insurance company sent you guys out to investigate. A lad called Kieran came along and he did an excellent job.

He located the leak quickly, with the minimum of mess and damage to my house, then fixed a difficult-to-reach pipe for us. He was really polite and friendly all the way through despite getting soaked at one point. You got the impression that he’d have stayed as long as it took to get the problem sorted despite it being Bank Holiday. Overall, he reflected very well on your business.”

Engineer has been informed about his professional manner and work ethics whilst attending to this emergency. Always good to hear positive feedback. Keep up the good work Kieran.

AXA - Policyholder

Pleasant, Professional and Determined

8th January 2017 - in Stafford, Stoke-on-trent, Wolverhampton, Worcester

I have worked a number of years in the facilities side of our business and it is very rare that I have come across anybody as pleasant, professional and determined as Malcolm & James. This incident was classed as extreme due to the fact we had no WC or canteen facilities for over 30 employees and they both made sure that although there will be some more works required, for the time being we can get back to normal.
