Very good service received from above engineer. Unblocked the sink,quickly and thoroughly. Did not make any mess in the process and returned items to the cupboard under the sink that he had removed to gain access to the u-bend. Was also pleasant and professional on his manner.

I just wanted to pass on some feedback - On Monday 7th Sept I had Tom from Metro Rod come out to my address in Fair Oak, Eastleigh. I just wanted to say that he was absolutely brilliant. He sorted our drains, but he was very professional and an absolute pleasure. My 2-year-old son was very interested in what he was doing and he was very sweet with him and was explaining what he was doing. A very lovely young man! Thank you!
We had relatively serious fat and oil blockage in our kitchen/washing machine pipes.
Ben Mears from Metro Rod came round at very short notice, called me up the day before to arrange a preferred date and time, then again the next morning when he said he would call to let us know his ETA. Much better service and organisation than we'd had before with Dyno-Rod.
Ben was perfectly on-time and got straight to work after I explained what I thought it might be. He was quick and efficient, and to top it off, just a hugely pleasant, polite and personable guy! Definitely the type of person I'd go for a beer with. He made me feel comfortable and got the work done while I was attending to my own work in another room.
He kept me updated, let me know when he was coming and going, and just got the job done, quick clean-up and on to the next job after a quick chat.
Highly recommended trade professional and company. I would ask our landlord to get Metro Rod again should we have any further problems like this.
