Had Nathan from Metro Rod come to my home this afternoon, he has been very polite and helpful, after calling my housing association for a problem with my bathroom facilities, they sent the issue over to Metro Rod...
After a past flood and overflow of waste caused by a blockage in the main pipe, Nathan took the time to make sure I was reassured that it wasn't the cause and what the actual problem was and was sorted. Thank you Nathan 5 stars!

"Two engineers came out to our home to fix two toilets in our property, their names were Mark and Kieran. They have done an amazing job, both of them were very polite and professional, the blocked toilets were not a pretty sight however both Mark and Kieran made sure no wastewater went on our floors. We don't know how but they never left any mess.

During the work, they needed extra parts so they went down to stores to get the parts needed and reassured us that the work will be completed. The work was completed and we cannot thank them both enough for all their hard work. Top lads 100%."
