Our engineer Lee attended a property in Ashington on behalf of a local Estate Agents. The tenant of the property was thrilled with the work and sent the following feedback:

"Lee came to my property yesterday as my downstairs toilet was blocked. He did a fantastic job and fixed the problem in no time with no mess.

Coffee Store Praises Metro Rod Engineers

Offering a 24/7 service 365 days a year meant our engineers were able to attend late one evening at a large coffee store in Aberdeen. On arrival they were presented with flooded toilets due to a drain blockage. Having solved the issue with a minimum of fuss and tidied up the guys were treated to a free coffee and received this great feedback..."Thanks to John and Kiel for their hard work, they were very professional and polite. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently."

Mike and Eddie attended a property last week and we received the following feedback from site;

"I am just dropping a line over to you to say how pleased we were with the prompt service that we received yesterday.  From the manner in which the initial intimation was handled to the prompt arrival of your engineers, they carried out the task with enthusiasm despite the time of the job (1700) ensuring that not only the blockage itself was cleared but also the rainwater traps, mitigating any future issues, finally disinfecting the site and the street footpath during the cleandown.

Please pass on our regards to Mike Wilkinson and his 'Dutch Colleague' (the lad in the orange wellies site joke!). I have no hesitation in future recommendations to your service."

We recently received a card through the post highlighting the great work that Eddie had carried out for a customer.  She wrote;

"Today Eddie from your company came out to unblock a drain.  He was with 'the job' for a long time, he involved myself and showed me all the issues that had caused the problems, he was exceptionally efficient and totally thorough.  He has said that he will come back (if agreed) to do a thorough clean up of all of the drains.  he picked up on so many other issues and discussed recommendations.  It was so nice to deal with such a friendly person who clearly knew his job and was so thoroughly professional in every aspect.  If whomever reads this could please let Eddie know that I have written this as I felt that it needed to be expressed that he is an asset to your company".
