I would like to thank MetroRod for their recent service. Shannon in the office went the extra mile to help me as much as possible. I have impaired sight and was frustrated about the situation. Shannon really helped and kept me updated of the progress, the engineer carried out the work and the team managed to turn a distressing situation into a well managed outcome with no further upset for me. Thank you Metrorod".
Thank you, your engineer Matt Mason was so prompt, got me back up and running quickly too. Very well done!

“Ian has done a brilliant job, I am completely over the moon, so happy. He is a lovely man, found the drain nobody could locate so quickly, cleared it efficiently, barriered it off safely so I do not hurt myself. Thank you so much for your help.”
Cornwall’s Metro Rod don’t just clear blocked drains, they also repair them.
Mr Callow called our Truro office to report a problem in an underground car park in Falmouth.
Upon arrival the engineer found that a stackpipe had broken and was causing flooding.
The pipe was quickly repaired, and the flood cleared.
Mr Callow described our service as “excellent” and added we were “very fast and job well done”.
Thanks for the great feedback Mr Callow, we were glad to be of service.
Blocked drains can be disruptive for businesses especially for those in the food processing industry. A fast, efficient fix is needed to prevent loss of production and the inevitable knock on effect to customers.
Local meat suppliers Brian Etherington are only too aware of how important excellent customer service is. So when they suffered from a blocked gulley in a busy production area they were straight on the phone to Cornwall’s Metro Rod.
An engineer was quickly on site and found the cause of the blockage. Using a Kinetic Ram, a burst of compressed air was driven into the problem area. This created a shock wave in the backed-up water breaking down the blockage and restoring flow.
Andy from Brian Etherington’s was happy to give a 5-star review adding the engineer provided a “a very friendly efficient service”.

Well done Mark and thanks to Gary on site for letting us know about your great experience with Metro Rod
Tom and Eddie recently attended a site in Litherland, the customer got in touch shortly afterwards to let us know;
"...they handled the issues on site professionally and really helped site out..."
