Very very quickly

We attended a property in Crouch End, London N8 where there had blocked drains. Our customer sent in a feedback card which had been provided during the call out. There was high praise for the quality of work and value for money as well as the speed of the response.

“Ryan managed to sort the issue very very quickly, a lot sooner than I imagined he would. I was then able to get on with my day as usual. Great work”.

We wouldn’t have got to a resolution without you

We’d been called to a site in Hackney, London E2 where our client had been experiencing flooding within the basement area of a proposed new book shop.

The blockage had become so severe that the only way to investigate was to excavate a gully, and use CCTV equipment. On further investigate we found a large piece of wood with had become lodged between the outfall and the main sewer in the street on a bend which couldn’t be removed. As the obstruction was located underneath the road, this was passed over to the local water authority who were able to take responsibility for the works which required undertaking. Once the works had been completed, we received a testimonial from the property owner praising the investigation work of our engineers which brought about a conclusion to the issue.

“Thank you for your hard work in finding the issue which has now been taken care of by Thames Water. I’m sure we wouldn’t have got to a resolution without you. You will be first on my list if we have any other drainage problems”.

Our engineer was called out to a blocked soil stack which was affecting the shower and toilet. Once investigated he mechanically rodded the stack to clear the blockage.
Mr O took the time to call us with some feedback…


“I wanted to ring to say what a fantastic job your engineer did at my house today. He was quick, but very careful and respectful of my home. He explained what he was doing and why. It was a difficult job due to the access. He was patient and used fortitude to keep going, it is a long time since I have been impressed with a contractor so wanted to call.”
