Pleasant, Professional and Determined

I have worked a number of years in the facilities side of our business and it is very rare that I have come across anybody as pleasant, professional and determined as Malcolm & James. This incident was classed as extreme due to the fact we had no WC or canteen facilities for over 30 employees and they both made sure that although there will be some more works required, for the time being we can get back to normal.

We attended a domestic property in Enfield, EN1 a couple of weeks ago. Our customer had a blocked toilet and was hosting a children's birthday party at the time.

We attended within the hour and managed to clear the blockage with the minimum of fuss. Alex wrote into us with some very kind words for our engineer Alan.
