Really helpful on the phone, arrival within the said time and day didn’t disappoint. A stressful blocked waste drain situation promptly unblocked by cutting away the roots which caused the blockage. I would not hesitate to use again.

Anyone who has worked on a Sewage or Drainage tanker will know its not a glamourous job, but it is somewhat fulfilling especially with some of the customers we have here at Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire. we received a lovely letter from a happy customer which read as follows.
"Just a short note to express my appreciation for the job undertaken by your employee in cleaning the septic tank at my property.
He was extremely helpful and informative and he executed the task in an efficient and thorough manner".

Another happy customer here at Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire, for a couple of months we have been attending the Nuffield Hospital in Shrewsbury where they have been having problems with there pumping station which hasn't been working and flooding frequently, we have Used Tankers, Van Packs and enclosed space equipment to help try and clear the blockage.

Its always nice to receive letters of appreciation but to get a Thank You card puts a smile on anyone's face,  At Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire we try our hardest to get the job done the right way and this just proves we do get it right. It wrote "To Adrian and the team, thank you so much for all the support you gave me when I needed it the most it was very much appreciated"

Hello Adrian and Team,

I just wanted to thank you and your colleagues for you help fixing the collapsed Drain and Manhole at Telford Probation office - It's a huge relief to get it resolved. I lost count how many times your engineers came out to unblock the drains (I'm sure they were getting fed up coming here) but all of your lads were always helpful, friendly and professional and I really appreciate their help with this.

I'm sure (I hope) that's the end of the problem but if we have any concerns in the future Ill ask for Metro Rod before anyone else!
