Just wanted to give feedback on the service I received form Alan.

Alan come out to fix my blocked sink yesterday at my property in E4, he fixed the problem and was a lovely person just wanted to thank him as we have had loads of people come look at the job and walked away without doing the job taking cash for nothing.

Customer Service is Free of Charge!

We have had some incredible feedback this morning!  Last night we went to a job where a client was in a vulnerable situation with children and had no facilities.  The insurance policy taken out, on this occasion, was insufficient to cover such works however as we were not prepared to leave our customer in such a predicament.  This morning, completely free of charge, we returned with parts and fixed the problem.

In our office the customer is always at the centre of everything we do. A bit of compassion goes a long way.

 

'I have had two of your employees work at my home over the past two days - Hayden and Mark.
I would just like to take this opportunity to Inform you that I have not come across more dedicated employees in all the years I can recall dealing with people like these two.
I commend them on their attitude toward their Job, the service they provide is 100%. In fact I would say Hayden goes above and beyond his duty to ensure that the individual (I.e me), but I feel in all his jobs are completely satisfied and the job is complete and safe before he goes ensuring all our safety. 
Customer service, efficiency and the pride he has in his work his one in a million.
The care he had to ensure I was not without any services within my home, due to my health problems, I was overwhelmed. The fact the he had sensed the stress I was started to fee yesterday when things were not working out and he ensured he did everything he could to help me, has one me over.
Once again I want to say thank you to them both, great guys and a job well done.'

Another Great review by a customer in Welshpool, Following a call in which we were asked to attend pretty promptly due to problems with there drainage system.

Prompt, Honest and Super Helpful!

I was recommended Metro Rod by a Plumber called Callum. We had blocked toilet that was back filling. Stacey was super helpful and appointed an engineer the same day. Upon arrival at the property it was not clear where the manhole was, we remembered it was under the decking and Stacey said her team could help to access. She also provided alternative options. In the end in turned out just boxing around the pipes in the toilet needed removing and then the drainage was cleared. Stacey was incredible knowledgeable and the engineer was also great. Never used this company before but definitely will again. The cost was also not extortionate. This company were prompt and honest and super helpful!

I am emailing to say how extremely impressed I was today with the quality of customer service that I received from Stacy and John. When I rang this morning with my query re my blocked drain, I was very stressed out and anxious. Stacy answered the call within a couple of rings and she was supportive and caring. She acted quickly and efficiently to organize an engineer and kept me updated re the ETA time of the engineer. John rang me when he arrived at my property. He was very friendly and clearly explained the problem to me and advised me to call Thames water. I will definitely call upon your service again if needed and I will recommend Metro Rod to my friends.
