"Metro Rod Chester, Wirral and North Wales have always given excellent service for the jetting and CCTV on commercial contracts that they undertake for ourselves.
It is an easy process sending the drainage drawings to their office, obtaining Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and arranging a date to undertake the works.

Their engineers are professional in their work on site, and have allthe required PPE that main contractors require.

The ability to download and view the reports and CCTV footage on their iTouch link to forward to the main contractors is a great feature.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and reliable drainage services.

Emergency call out for a Blocked Drain in Oswestry

We have received another glowing review from another happy customer. Nothing better to cheer you up on a Monday Morning. The Customers review read:-

"Metro Rod Mid Wales & Shropshire Have always given me excellent service for routine septic tank maintenance but on the occasions I have required emergency callouts they provide exceptional service. Today a Blocked Drain to the septic tank required urgent attention and a call out at 07:00 am was answered immediately. The problem was solved by 10:00 am by a young man who was charming and professional and who I could not rate highly enough. This firm I would recommend to anyone. Well done Metro rod Mid Wales & Shropshire and all the staff who are always friendly and helpful. Thank You."

We are very proud of our engineer Tom Emberton who had attended this particular job. Its not a nice job at the best of times but to know someone appreciates your efforts really does put a smile on our engineers faces. Well Done Tom.
