Terry came this morning to take a look at my drains as my bath and sink were backed up. After only messaging yesterday this was exception time keeping and well needed before having visitors due for Christmas. Terry managed to clear the blockage enough for my drains to flow and pinpoint the issue booking another appointment to ensure this will not happen again, and even cleaned up after! 10/10 service. Much better than DynoRod who previously visited over 3 occasions and still didn’t rectify the issue

Great service. Had a drain smell in the house. Really pleasant and helpful on phone and able to come to us very quickly. Chaps who arrived again very pleasant and quickly found the problem but checked pipes and seals also for peace of mind. Hopefully don’t have to use too often but won’t hesitate to use again if I do.

About Norwich

Metro Rod Norwich was founded in 2001 and has grown from one van to the current seventeen specialist vans and a combination tanker.

Health and safety is paramount within our business and our engineers take part in relevant training. The general assistants who join us also undergo training in order to gain the relevant qualifications to become fully qualified drainage and plumbing engineers.

Metro Rod Norwich providers tanker services that involve the use of specialist vehicles to transport liquid waste like sewage and other non-hazardous materials from a location to treatment sites. This includes the vacuum, transportation and disposal of sewage, sludge, grease and wastewater. With a fleet of tankers equipped with the latest technology, we can service the whole of Norwich safely and efficiently.

In addition to our tanker services, we also provide other drainage solutions including CCTV surveys, drain cleaning and maintenance services. This allows us to offer a comprehensive solution for commercial and industrial areas.

To show our appreciation we here at Metro Rod Norwich have been helping local NHS workers by doing what we do best… keeping their drains flowing. Between 25^th of March and 1 August we offered free drain unblocks to NHS staff.
