I had a blocked sewage drain from the back garden to the front garden and contacted Metro Rod. Setting up appointment was very easy and professional. On the day of the appointment, the scheduled technician was ill but the company found another technician to pick up the appointment for later in the day. That technician was Dean. He was great!!! He quickly determined the issue, resolved it, and did a clean-up. He was very professional and informative about what was happening and gave me good information to help for future issues! Thanks again Dean and Metro Rod.

The Engineer came on time, he used high technology instruments to know the problem. By using long pipes with cameras, he diagnosed the blockage site and put the plan of resolving. Thank you Matty for your professional work.

Metro Rod on behalf of Anglian Water attended my report of smelly main drains. The engineer was friendly and polite and after a discussion with me decided to flush the drains which he did. The work was completed safely and without to much disruption. Time will tell how long it will take before they smell again as is the norm in this location.

The service technician appeared in time as planned and did a very good job in solving the blockage problem. As the system was linked to quite a number of houses he figured out rapidly what to do. He did a very good job and we were pleased with the way the work was done. The technician was a friendly person and was cooperative in discussing the situation affecting quite a number of linked houses. Good job.

About Norwich

Metro Rod Norwich was founded in 2001 and has grown from one van to the current seventeen specialist vans and a combination tanker.

Health and safety is paramount within our business and our engineers take part in relevant training. The general assistants who join us also undergo training in order to gain the relevant qualifications to become fully qualified drainage and plumbing engineers.

Metro Rod Norwich providers tanker services that involve the use of specialist vehicles to transport liquid waste like sewage and other non-hazardous materials from a location to treatment sites. This includes the vacuum, transportation and disposal of sewage, sludge, grease and wastewater. With a fleet of tankers equipped with the latest technology, we can service the whole of Norwich safely and efficiently.

In addition to our tanker services, we also provide other drainage solutions including CCTV surveys, drain cleaning and maintenance services. This allows us to offer a comprehensive solution for commercial and industrial areas.

How Metro Rod Norwich supported our local NHS Heroes

To show our appreciation we here at Metro Rod Norwich have been helping local NHS workers by doing what we do best… keeping their drains flowing. Between 25th of March and 1 August we offered free drain unblocks to NHS staff.
