About Metro Rod Dorset & Portsmouth
Metro Rod Dorset & Portsmouth has been run by a local family for over 20 years, with the franchise now being owned and operated by drainage experts Richard and Pippa Aaron. During that time, we’ve grown from operating 2 vans to our current fleet of 10 vans and 3 tankers. As a local, family-run business, the whole team works towards one goal – providing our customers with first-class, professional drainage services. We’re here to not only resolve the drainage issue at hand, from blocked drains to septic tank emptying, but also help prevent future disruption. Our 5-star service allows our customers to focus on what matters most, running their business or home, while we handle the rest.
All of our highly trained engineers are employed from the local towns and villages across Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding Dorset areas. They are fully qualified, DBS checked and truly experts in their field to provide you with a reliable, knowledgeable service you can rely on. Our engineers regularly undergo internal and external training from high-pressure water jetting to confined space and pump station maintenance to ensure they deliver industry leading service. We’re also proud to hold many accreditations across the Metro Rod group, including Alcumus Safe Contractor, Achilles and more. Plus, each engineer also carries a valid CSCS card.
