I had to call you guys out on 23rd December to help with a drain issue here.

We knew from the get go, that the issue wasn’t caused by us but was caused by people further down and the way they use the drains.

This was thankfully proven when your guy opened all drains up and saw the state of the back. In the end, I was advised to call Local Authority out to fix the issue as you guys were unable to help any further than you had.

Would you please pass on my thanks to Ryan and his young apprentice ( didn't get his name ) they have been and were very professional in the way they carried out this work and kept me informed at regular intervals as to where they where up to whilst repairing this damaged drain. They were also very aware that they were working in a school environment and their manners and patients in-between classes ( which can be very challenging at the best of times ) was very much appreciated.

"I recently called Metro Rod on a recommendation from my son, whose company have used them for drainage work on a building site that he was involved with. I have had problems for a number of years with various bad smells from my drains and the situation came to a head when I had sewage come up in my back yard last week. From the minute the phone was answered by Phil I felt at ease, he listened to what I had to say and asked me when was the best time for them to attend, they worked around me. That afternoon when they arrived I was impressed, the engineer was on time and was clean and tidy and very polite! He dealt with my problem quickly and the engineer was done, tidied up and out of my house within the hour. Very efficient service, very highly recommended. Thanks all."
