Nothing was to much trouble, we were kept well informed from when we called with an issue until the engineer arrived. We even got a follow up call to make sure all went well at the end of the job

The Engineer was professional and courteous and sorted out our issue without fuss when he arrived.

"He arrived on time and was so friendly and efficient. He very quickly worked out what the problem was and fixed it straight away. My wife and I liked him very much and were so grateful for the excellent job he did. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude to him.

Also I originally spoke to another of your engineers called Aaron. It was quite late at night so he said that he would arrange for an engineer to come out the following evening which he did. I then rang your local service centre to confirm that the appointment would defiantly take place and again received great service.

I hadn't heard of your company before but will gladly use you again when needed and will be very happy to recommend you to anyone else who may need you.

Thank you so much for your help. Not being able to use your toilet is horrible and very stressful buy your company couldn't have done more for us.

What a Brilliant Job the Engineers did!

On 7th March 2019 Metro Rod installed a new toilet at our home. The 2 engineers John Young and Nathan Cullingford - carried out work with the utmost expertise, speed and courtesy.

We also want to thank Stacy Andrews for all the help. Especially with regards to her liaising with our insurer, Age UK.

We are thrilled with our new toilet which works beautifully. We will not hesitate to recommend Metro Rod to our friends.
