This morning we have come in to a brilliant 5 star review. This time its one for the office staff. The office staff work hard behind the scenes trying to keep things ticking over. Along with keeping the engineers happy and in work. It is really nice to have a review they can be proud of. The customer basically says it all! We were asked to attend a Property in Ellesmere, Shropshire to carry out a pre purchase CCTV survey for the customer. The survey was completed it and sent the same day to the customers satisfaction.

Another brilliant review has come into the office and this time for an out of hours call to a property in Shrewsbury with Blocked and overflowing Drains. He was kind enough to leave us this great review.
"We had an out of hours emergency with a Blockage in our foul drain piping and engineer Tom Emberton turned up really quickly to sort it for us. He was a great guy, really friendly, Showed us exactly what the problem was and got the job done quickly and cleaned up all the mess afterwards.

Its great to see our 24/7 service being praised as we feel we are one of the only local companies in Shrewsbury, Telford and Mid Wales who will stand by what we say! We pride ourselves with having great engineers and Tom has again proved us right! Well done tom!
