Our engineers were recently called to deal with a blocked drain in Newport. The homeowner had called our office to inquire about our services and availability, we were able to attend within an hour. Upon arrival at the property our engineer was able to diagnose the problem immediately and proceeded to clear the blockage with our specialist high pressure water jetting equipment.

Fantastic Feedback

One of our engineers were called out late on Tuesday evening for an uncontrollable leak coming through the bathroom ceiling. Our customer took the time to provide us with the following feedback.

“I’m not sure if this is the right place to send this sort of message but I just had to express how impressed I was with the service I received this evening. From ringing my insurance company to having the leak in my bath fixed all occurred within just over an hour. Kieran was absolutely fantastic- he had driven from over an hour away and had been on since 06:30 this morning and was due to start again at 06:30 the following morning! I as well often get sent to jobs as I’m supposed to finish as a police officer I know how hard it can be! I know Kieran would have been absolutely gutted to get the call for another job so late and so far away but this certainly didn’t show and it didn’t effect the service he provided. He was extremely cheerful and nothing seemed too much for him! Thank you so much Kieran you are a credit to your company!”
