Blockage Cleared Quickly For Happy Customer

A blocked drain is never welcome.  However, Cornwall’s Metro Rod are never far away to root out the problem and get things running smoothly again.

Mrs Collins from Camelford had cause to call us for such a blockage recently.  Our engineer Gerry was with her in no time and quickly located the effected pipework.  He was then able to jet the area clearing the blockage and restoring normal flow.

Mrs Collins was delighted with our service describing Gerry as “excellent” and “professional” and would gladly recommend us to family and friends.

Super Eddie to the rescue

We recently had a call out to a customer who had been having problems with her drains for some time.  We sent one of our engineers, Eddie to help her and he worked and solved the problem.  The customer was obviously delighted and contacted us the next day to let us know exactly how much!

"I would like to thank Eddie for his professionalism, determination and tenacity in solving my blocked toilet on 20th January 2018.
We had been having problems for 2 years now and have had numerous call outs, always stating the blockage was caused by wipes. Eddie did not find any wipes and was determined to find the source of the blockage.  He eventually discovered that the problem lay 27 meters away from my house. I was so relieved and couldn't thank him enough. Top bloke on top of his game!

Fantastic prompt service

I was delighted with the incredibly prompt service, from contacting the office at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, an engineer was at our house near Bath by 4.20 and unblocked the septic tank.  The engineer was very professional and explained what needed to be done.  The bill was very reasonable, I will certainly recommend Metro Rod Bristol.
