This lovely testimonial was sent in to our office from a Curo tenant in Radstock just outside Bath.  The job had involved a CCTV survey, a tanker, a Localised Structural Repair and the fitting of a ratblocker to put an end to the drainage problems this Curo tenant had experienced.

"I am writing with reference to your employees Darren, Clive and the team of guys (apologies that I didn't catch anyone else's name)who have helped carry our a fair bit of work at my property on behalf of Curo in Radstock.  Firstly, please can you pass our thanks on to Darren, we cannot thank him, or the guys who worked with him, enough for the hard work that has been put in to helping us get the problem sorted, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The service we have received has been excellent with Darren arriving at our property "off his own back" to make sure the correct preparation work had been carried out to ensure his part of the job could go to plan and also ensuring that my family and myself were kept safe and healthy whilst the work was taking place.

Blockage Cleared Quickly For Happy Customer

A blocked drain is never welcome.  However, Cornwall’s Metro Rod are never far away to root out the problem and get things running smoothly again.

Mrs Collins from Camelford had cause to call us for such a blockage recently.  Our engineer Gerry was with her in no time and quickly located the effected pipework.  He was then able to jet the area clearing the blockage and restoring normal flow.

Mrs Collins was delighted with our service describing Gerry as “excellent” and “professional” and would gladly recommend us to family and friends.
