Well done to our engineer who has managed to solve an ongoing problem for a customer!
“I had Arran Douglas to complete a job on Wed 9th March. I asked if I could have details to provide feedback as I and the rest of the branch was very impressed with Arran’s work.
For the last year I have been logging jobs to try and get to the bottom of foul smells in the branch. The problem has actually been logged over approx. 4 years without anyone being able to tell us the root cause or solve the issue.
Arran came to branch and listen to all of the things that had been done and what was happening and we immediately able to tell what had been missed and solve the problem. He has also offered to come back to check some other things that may be contributing and to carry out a maintenance contract to ensure it does not become a regular issue.
I cannot tell you how grateful the branch team are that this issue has finally been resolved through Arran’s knowledge and persistence. I wish he had been allocated the job sooner!”
