Metro Rod Cardiff were recently called out to a Primary School in Barry where they had a blocked drain on site, after sending out a thank you letter and feedback card we have received the following feedback from the school -
Quality of work - 5 Value for money - 5 Conduct of engineer - 5 Speed of response - 5
Comments - 'Excellent first class service!'

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to your Exeter office, their customer service today when I dropped my van keys down a drain was just brilliant.
I didn’t get the name of your engineer or the guy in the office, but they were just fab. Quick response to my issue they were polite and professional. The keys were out of site, in a stinking filthy drain with many used needles in it, not a pleasant job.
If it was just the keys which I had dropped I may have just left them as I have a spare set, but also on the key ring was a key fob with ashes in it, which has great sentimental value to me.
Please pass on my thanks to the Marsh Barton, Exeter crew, I can’t thank them enough.

Lee- thank you to you and your teams for all the hard work put in over the last 48 hours or so. I left site at 3pm today and a die test showed that flow was as you'd expect.
