A call from a local property letting company requesting to attend to a blocked toilet resulted in Metro Rod discovering the fireclay pipe externally was blocked due to the drainage pipe collapsing.

I appreciate all your help on this matter, I must say Rachael has been excellent on the phone with me. Your service has been excellent, all phone calls returned, contractors attended when we expected and you have now managed to have your contractors commence work on a Sunday. Fantastic.

The inspector commended the engineer about his appearance, PPE, manner with the customer, order and cleanliness of his van and up-to-date PAT tested equipment.

Metro Rod Bristol came to the house last night and sorted a drainage problem for us. What a professional guy and also what great customer service. He went the extra mile and he had the good sense to come as soon as possible (despite me saying it might way until next day) to make sure he had it done and dusted - good time management. I Couldn't be happier - he's a real asset.
