Just a little note of thanks for the sterling service provided by your two guys Geoff and Jon, they cleared the blockage and tidied up after themselves with no fuss and plenty of good humour.
One of your engineers attended a call to my property and I just wanted to say how helpful and pleasant he was. He completely went over and above his duty to assist me in what was an incredibly unpleasant job. Please pass on my thanks, he was a lifesaver!
When our Qualified Plumber Carl Visited a domestic site in Wilmslow, We rang our Client Mrs. Heliwell to get some feedback on our work and she couldn't praise our engineer enough. She stated "He was a very polite and hard working man who knew his stuff. He advised what the issue was and what parts he needed.
