Dear Mr Rowley,

One of your team came to Southsea recently to deal with a soil blockage pipe within a block of flats in which I have an interest.
His name was Steve and despite some unbelievable issues (including the opening of 3 different manholes in the rear garden) he eventually managed to cure the problem.
I would add that throughout this extensive procedure Steve showed a level of knowledge and persistence that I found extremely encouraging.
He also displayed a determination to get the job done to the highest standard and coupled this with a good sense of humour.
I would have no problem using your company, and in particular Steve, to deal with any like problems in the future.
