Engineers arrived on site 8am prompt to action burst pipe, they were very respectful, professional & kept their distance at all times. Left everything in working order and gave great advice in advising to change stop clock with the water board.

Metro Rod London North attended an emergency for my daughter’s blocked toilet and shower, they were very quick to respond and did an amazing job to restore the full flow. The 2 engineers returned on site with all the correct equipment, ladders, cable gun & used wet vac & left testing all the facilities and the En Suite fully back in use, they were very polite and courteous would thoroughly recommend to friends and family. I was impressed with your engineer who called yesterday. He was very diligent and easy to have in my home. He worked hard to solve my drainage problem so that, when he left, everything seemed to be running as it should. He left everything neat and tidy too.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the PROMPT COURTEOUS and QUALITY SERVICE I received on Friday 15th of January 2021 from METRO ROD. As part of a Corgi plan, an arrangement had been made with Premium Gas Plumbing and Heating who failed to turn up as scheduled and my call for help later in the day resulted in your Operative arriving within the hour. If only all service personnel were of his quality!
