"Absolutely fantastic service, in 2 hours the engineer tackled a problem that three other drainage companies were unable to complete during almost an entire day's worth of work, and he didn't even stop to have a cup of tea despite us offering on many occasions! He just wanted to get the job done for as little money out of our pocket as possible."

I recently called on Metro Rod to carry out an emergency visit for a problem that my Mother had at her home. The service that we received from Jo Yates and the team was 1st class. The engineer arrived within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. The drains were cleared and everything was sorted by the end of the afternoon.
