We attended Quantum Pharmaceuticals on 1st February 2016 to complete a CCTV Survey and received this feedback from the client:

Our engineers were called out to a blocked toilet and this is what the site had to say about our visit:

"This is to confirm that the above drain blockage clearing job was carried out completely satisfactorily.
Arrival time of the engineer was prompt. He was highly professional and cleared the discovered blockage with jetting and manual removal of debris and a rootball after a full investigation of the pipe work via 3 separate manholes.
A camera check afterwards reassuringly confirmed pipes were in good condition.
I thought the charge for the job was very reasonable. He gave advice about recurrence avoidance.

We recently attended a property in Abergavenny that had been suffering with repeated blockages due to tree roots that had ingressed in to the drainage pipework. We recommended our high pressure water jetting unit as a means to remove the roots before installing a structural repair over the joint that had become displaced.
