"Just had David out to sort out our stinky blocked drain. Very professional, very polite and very thorough. From first arriving to fully cleaning up and checking I was happy before he left. A credit to your company! Thanks David."
"I thought I just had a blocked kitchen gully causing smells and a blockage. Phil Walsh came out and went above and beyond to find out it was a site issue. From now on not only will he be fixing my drains but the entire site's. Highly recommend and a top guy! Thanks Phil."
"Engineer Michael was excellent - very professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend!"
Thank you so much, Phil has just visited our property and was awesome! We are renovating a property and need to undergo investigative works as how to best place a new en-suite inline with existing drainage system. He was able to identify the correct stack pipe and come up suggested quicker and cheaper options for us. He listened, was patient and has made a valuable contribution to our build.
Please also thank Kate in the office for her professional handling of our project.

"I spoke to Gary about a project where I needed a SSIP. We made arrangements to make a site visit where I showed Gary the proposed plan. By the next day I had the quote and arranged a start date. He kept me updated throughout the process and was punctual. He dealt with the work professionally - again another BNI member that gives a great service!

“Paul and team at Metro Rod Cumbria have been truly amazing! Given the nature of our business a blocked drain can severely impact our trade to the degree of closing until resolved. The team at Metro Rod Cumbria customers’ service is impeccable and a company we can rely upon! We would highly recommend them as they are professional, committed and integral.”

Just been visited by Sam Edwards, who was understanding, patient, and very very good at delivering excellent customer service. I reported the blocked drain then Sam turned up and within a short time he had the whole drainage cleared and running as it should. He is an absolute credit to your team. Cheers for a job well done Sam... job well done... with a great deal of courtesy thrown in.... :-)
