Our engineer was called to clear a blocked drain at a new housing development. Two properties were affected and backing up.

From the job being logged, our Marketing Manager kept in contact via email and telephone to the Key Account, from giving them an estimated time of arrival to giving a breakdown report of the works done without a prompt.

The customer was more than happy with our engineer’s work and our correspondence and gave us a positive 5* review and said:

“Metro Rod have been extremely efficient with excellent communication”, promising us reactive work in the future for their site.

News Excellent Eddie Saves The Day!

EXCELLENT EDDIE SAVES THE DAY!

We were recently called to Southport train station, where there was a blocked external drain, it was full and the smell was dreadful. We sent Eddie over to have a look to see what he could do and this is what we received back …..

“My name is Ryan, I’m an assistant manager at Southport station and I would just like to give some praise for Eddie who carried out some work at the station today.

First of all he managed to unblock the drain that other companies have tried a couple of times to unblock. Judging by the sludge he removed he clearly put the effort in. The area where he was working was left cleaner than when he started so he clearly takes pride in his work.

Secondly his attitude towards us the customer and our customers, was without doubt the best I’ve seen from any contractor in the time I’ve worked here. Please thank Eddie again from us at Southport.”
