Professional, helpful, polite and very friendly

One of your service providers attended our house today to fix an issue with an outside drain. His name was Daniel. We found him to be professional, helpful, polite and very friendly. He rectified the problem promptly and was kind enough to clean up any mess. We were very impressed by his workmanship.

We just wanted to thank Daniel. It’s not every day you come across an engineer so helpful and polite.

We received a positive email from a client today. We were asked to attend a job where we were called out to job in Exeter to carry out a removal of an aco drain and to then install a new aco drain.

Our engineer Marc Oliver was called out to a reported blockage and flooding in the Garden.

Marc attended site last Monday and cleared the blockage and carried out a clean-up.

The customer wrote in the following:

“Please pass on to whom it may concern, so they know the service team are brilliant! No claim to make on this occasion as your lovely young man unblocked the drain (sewer) which had been overflowing down the garden path. He washed it down for us ‘old dears’ and left us smelling a lot sweeter. Bless him.
