‘Extremely efficient and excellent communication’

Our engineer was called to clear a blocked drain at a new housing development. Two properties were affected and backing up.
From the job being logged, our Marketing Manager kept in contact via email and telephone to the Key Account, from giving them an estimated time of arrival to giving a breakdown report of the works done without a prompt.
The customer was more than happy with our engineer’s work and our correspondence and gave us a positive 5* review and said:
“Metro Rod have been extremely efficient with excellent communication”, promising us reactive work in the future for their site.
