I just wanted to pass on our thanks for a fantastic job done in retrieving my drain rods which had got stuck. We had anticipated having to excavate the garden to get them out but you managed to get them out using the high pressure hose with no damage to the garden whatsoever. Please pass on our thanks to the engineer who performed the miracle itself, and to all the backroom staff who coordinated everything and answered our emails and phone calls in a swift and friendly manner.

On 06/08/18 we completed works for one our clients. Our engineer responded to the emergency, and on arrival on site discovered a manhole blocked with wipes. The blockage was cleared by means of high pressure water jetting.

Following the call out we received some lovely feedback via the insurance company, from the owner of the property

“We have just spoke to the policyholder and she's asked me to mention to you she's extremely happy with your work and said the contractor that went out to her was a credit to the company”
