I was worried about how costly it would be to sort out a smelly drain, but Metro Read moreRod's pricing was very reasonable. From first contact, speaking to Oakley, who was polite, friendly and efficient, and interested (!) and upfront about the cost, I felt reassured I'd contacted a business with integrity. To my surprise he arranged for Harley to call the same day, and here was another lovely and approachable guy, who was clearly experienced, and keen to resolve the problem. It turns out that a bung was missing from the drain chamber, and Harley managed to source a bung, making a big saving for me given that plumbing supplies only sell the whole chamber - how wasteful! So on account of its excellent staff, fair prices and speed of response and job done, I highly recommend Metro Rod. Oh, and I really like that the business gets a tree planted for every review!
