The young lady you sent to do the job was excellent. She never once complaind the drains were blocked completely and she worked like a rrooper to clear it . Then she also checked the toilet to make sure that nothing had found there way into those pipes. We score her 99 out of 10.

I highly recommend Metrorod! Very professional service, a quick response, and they sorted out my drainage problem efficiently. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was extremely friendly, very helpful, and really funny — the gentleman with the long beard and shaved head, so he should be easy to recognise. 😃 I hope we meet again only in about 15 years’ time, when my drains decide to get blocked again. Hopefully not any sooner! 😄 Thank you for your quick and professional help. I would definitely recommend them!

Local Work

Metro Rod Bristol were contacted by Location One, a TV & Film equipment hire company, to install an underground combined waste water grease trap and debris trap. Tony Chorley, an engineer for Metro Rod Bristol, was assigned the job; and even though he had never completed work like this before, he was keen to help the customer and to expand his skillset simultaneously. Tony and another engineer spent 8 days fitting the traps, to ensure Location One had all the drainage solutions implemented that they needed.
