Metro Rod recently took a call from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine asking if we could please attend site to deal with some on-going drainage problems that they have had.  We quickly attended, dealt with the problem and have now received the following feedback from site:

Metro Rod Cambridge recently carried out a new manhole and soil stack installation for our client Greenleaf Property Services. Our Senior Engineer attended site to carry out a survey and advised accordingly. Graham says "your guy was very knowledgeable and advised me on what could be done, he did this on time and on budget causing the least disruption possible"

To install the manhole, it was necessary to excavate and locate exisiting pipework. We then provided a concrete base, fit a riser and a cover. We ran a new pipe from the new bathroom and connect the soil sack using existing pipework.

Graham Pierce, Director at Greenleaf Property Services confidently said "we were very happy with your service, and more importantly Building Control were also very happy with the end result!" "your Engineer answered all my questions, he left clean and tidy. It was the right job at the right time"


Priceless Drainage Service

We recently received a glowing review from one of our most valued customers. Metro Rod (Deeside) have been providing our services to CBRE and MBNA, Chester for almost 20 years. Mark Blair has been Site Supervisor for as long as we have been on site here and he had these words to say;

" The communication from Metro Rod Deeside has always been nothing but the best, from the first phone call/email I know that the office staff will keep me updated every step of the way. Arranging emergency call outs is no issue for them, even late night and weekend call outs. Service like this is priceless to keep a site like ours up and running. Engineers are always polite, health and safety conscious and will to go the extra mile for us, a great bunch. Metro Rod are always flexible to the customer, they can be there when you need them. We've had all manner of works take place here at MBNA, from excavations, interceptor works, grease traps to a simple gully clean. All these works are carried out professionally with minimal disturbance to our building. We recently attend a property in Prestatyn with our MetroVac to clear some guttering full of silt and leaves for a Domestic customer.

Mrs Owen said the following; "I found Metro Rod through a Google search and was very happy I'd chosen the to call. Communication from the office staff was precise and clear and we'd arranged a visit in no time at all. The engineer (Paul) was very polite and talked me through the whole process. I'd requested that mess be kept to a minimum as we'd just had a new patio and they arrived with the necessary equipment to ensure this.
