5 star review and some brilliant comments about our engineers,when they carried out a CCTV survey in Huntingdon.
'The two guys who attended were excellent, really knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service'
Received some lovely comments and 5 stars via our survey! Our project Manager went out to an over flowing Manhole, which he fixed quickly and ensured that the customer was having no further issues with anything else.
'Your guy was very thorough ensuring once he had fixed drain he then checked all others around my property to make sure all was working'
Eddie recently attended a job and the customer was delighted with his work, so much so that we received the following email;
"I write in connection with a drain blockage in my home. The problem was attempted to be cleared by the property owner who failed to resolve the issue and then called in your company. Within a few hours your company called and the man who was to do the work was Eddie Brewster. My purpose in writing is to say what a good and polite man he is and further to say how he very quickly identified the problem and very soon set about dealing with it. I am totally satisfied, together with being so pleased with Mr Brewster's very thorough work and consideration for my circumstances as he rapidly cleared andd thoroughly checked all of the other fittings using the drainage system. Mr Brewster was satisfied with all of my drainage arrangements and he assured me that all was well and left my home in a clean and tidy condition.
Please will you offer my thanks to Mr Brewster for his professionalism and the knowledgable way in which he performed the necessary work. It is with my greatest pleasure that I write this, I can confidently say that you have a very good man in Mr Brewster in everything that he did.
Metro Rod North West London carries out drain repair and unblocking for some of the UK's largest home insurance businesses. It was therefore very pleasing to receive this comment from one such major client:
Just had the policy holder on the line about the above job just to make a compliment about the engineer that attended, Mohammed Hoque. Her words were “Real professional and devoted to his work in awful freezing conditions. Polite to myself and informed of everything he was doing real credit to the industry and Metro Rod as a company.”
This is the level of service we aim to provide to every customer we assist, whether their issue is a blocked drain, a blocked sink or blocked toilet right through to complex CCTV survey of drains or repair of damaged drains.
Metro Rod London North West's area for drain care and repair extends as far south as Twickenham and one resident. Mr Bishop, was delighted by the service delivered, personally, by co-franchisee Martin O'Connor.
"5 Star Service and a very quick response to our call" said Mr Bishop after Martin had resolved his drainage problem. "Martin was quick, friendly and efficient"

The cold weather at the end of February 2018 saw many homes and businesses affected by drainage problems both during the cpld spell and in the thaw period immediately afterwards.
Metro Rod North West London co-franchisee Martin O'Connor won great praise from one householder in Hayes when resolving a blocked drain issue, working hard to restore flow in very cold conditions at night.
"Well done Martin. Very good job and God bless you" said Miss J Kaur. "Hours of your hard work in really cold weather, my great thanks"

Our site had been experiencing numerous drainage issues including partially collapsed sewers and vermin, we called Metro Rod Bristol in to investigate. Prior to any works Metro Rod undertook a camera survey to our site which flagged up the areas needing attention.
The works had to be scheduled in when our production line was not working and so Metro Rod Bristol organised the works over the course of the Christmas holidays and 4 weekends in January. The team led by Darren Newport came in to HPWJ to remove all debris from underground pipework some of which was structurally damaged and then repaired the drains using the No Dig option of lining and localised structural repairs. Confined space entry was also used to enter tanks prior to lining. Maximiller cutting equipment was used to eliminate deformaties in the pipework and to cut in lateral branches. Rat blockers were fitted to prevent any vermin entering the drains on site.
The works were carried out very efficiently and with regard to our high demand for hygiene and cleanliness. Metro Rod were thoughtful in using non Styrene resin so that there was no smell from the repair works.
We have been delighted in the professional approach and the expertise with which the work was carried out and the efficiency of the team and would highly recommend Metro Rod to any business experiencing drain issues.
