"Mainstay Residential recently engaged the services of Metro Rod Manchester and Macclesfield to assist with a major effluent leak that flooded the car park to residential building that serves 300 car bays In Altrincham. Metro Rod Manchester and Macclesfield, in particular, Paul, were extremely professional. This incident occurred Easter weekend. They tankered the pipework, jetted the pipework, undertook a CCTV survey and identified the issue as being an offsite problem. Metro Rod Manchester and Macclesfield engaged with United Utilities, had them attend site and negotiated on our behalf for a resolution. Excellent customer service delivered by Paul - an asset to Metro Rod."

"I would like to say that James has just been to my property to unblock my drains at the back of my house. I am very pleased with the work he carried out and how clean he left my back garden after he unblocked my drains which are running smoothly now. He also explained about one of my drains which is broken and he told me he would report this to the relevant people so I don't have to.
