"Can't fault Metro Rod on this visit. Blocked toilet drain. Josh was polite and soon cleared the problem. This was covered by my Emergency Home Insurance cover. Reported it late afternoon, probably too late for a visit that day, but communication was good and they arrived as promised early the next morning. Now awaiting a quote for a CCTV survey. Josh gave me informative info regarding the survey."

Over the Easter Holidays we received quite a few calls around Mid Wales and Shropshire which kept our engineers busy.
