Metro Rod arrived and set to work, I was very impressed with the technician Tom, he was professional and carried out his work diligently explaining what he was doing at each step. If this is the standard of their technicians I can see why they are council service providers. Tom surveyed both pipes, the first from the toilet outlet to the first manhole and the pipe from the first manhole to the second manhole.
He explained that root ingress was the problem and it needed to be removed and the pipes resin lined. You will no doubt see the full report shortly.
I know it is only an allotment toilet that we all use but to meet such committed people with such customer care was heartwarming!!

Just wanted to pass on how great your colleague Jamie was. He was professional, thorough, nice and prompt! He went above and beyond to help fix our blockage- and did not give up until he cleared it!

Engineer josh came to William Hill today to sort a blocked toilet which he sorted with ease. He then offered to clear the water up which was flooded on the shop floor and behind the counter. Which he also completed brilliantly. Superb job.

Mikey attended today to remove a blockage in the pipework from the kitchen sink drain. Very impressed with the technique used, the time taken and his polite approach to the customer. Paperwork seemed to take longer than the work.
