Customer Compliments passed to the Head office!

We had a great review come through to us from Metrorod Head Office, Where a customer had rang up and wanted to Share some feed back from a job we had recently Attended. It read:-

“The customer had called to pay his bill this morning. He was full of praise for the engineer that went to site. He advised that we attended the same day, we were very efficient, professional and couldn’t thank both the engineer and the company enough.”

We had attended a blocked toilet and found that it had been blocked with a toilet rim block holder which had come loose and wedged itself in the U bend. Our engineer managed to clear it and we have another happy customer.

Dear Shaun

I would like to thank Shaun and his staff namely Jacob who went above and beyond the call of duty in helping the replacement of a electrical cable for a treatment plant. Jacob was the role model of staff even when the customer was absent, he never complained or had any negativity in his work, even though he dug 50m trench by hand in very clay conditions. I was aware that he let his team know about the delay so as not to cause any scheduling issues for Metrorod.

Jacob was a shining example of how loyal and trustworthy member of staff should conduct there working roll.

I would not hesitate to recommend Metrorod in the future and they great staff they have.
