Paul and his team were amazing. They came to fix a blocked drain issue, turned up when they said they would, were COVID safety conscious and left the space nice and clean afterwards. Couldn't recommend Metro Rod West Essex highly enough!

I had Jordan R come out to save the day at work! Jordan was very professional throughout his visit, patient, understanding extremely helpful, no job was too big and explained what he was doing, needed doing as well as be a comedian!

Thank you and a massive well done to John Young, who attended to an emergency leak, came straight away with all the correct PPE. Policy holder has called to give compliments to Martin O'Connor who attended site and resolved the customer issue of blocked kitchen drain pipes. - She is over the moon this is all resolved now and said he has given excellent service and is a brilliant engineer.
